guy1: Wow. You were in the Peace Corps? That's amazing, very impressive.
girl1: Oh no. I wasn't in the Peace Corps, but I've thought about joining before.

Maybe she just wants to move to a country where she won't have to worry about shaving her legs.

..and so the movie script continues line by line. It's an interesting approach. Kind of like a jigsaw puzzle.
